1. Purpose
These terms govern the sale of products offered by Make r, via the site https://www.maker-store.fr
2. Prices
Prices are shown in Euros (€), all taxes included. The company reserves the right to change its prices at any time, while applying the rate in effect at the time of the order.
3. Orders
The customer places an order on the site. The sale is considered final once the order confirmation email has been sent and the full price has been collected.
4. Payment
Payment is made by credit card or via the payment methods offered on the site, through a secure transaction.
5. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided when the order was placed. Delivery times are given for information purposes only. In the event of delay, the company cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers.
6. Right of withdrawal and returns
In accordance with applicable legal provisions, the customer has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify any reason or pay any penalty.
Return conditions:

To be accepted, the product must be returned in its original condition, complete (accessories, instructions, packaging) and in perfect condition allowing it to be resold.

Any product returned incomplete, damaged, or showing clear signs of extended use cannot be refunded.

Return shipping costs are entirely the customer's responsibility.
Procedure: The customer must notify their decision to withdraw by email to contact@maker-store.fr before the 14-day period expires. After receipt and verification of the product's condition by our team, the refund will be made using the payment method used for the original order.
7. Warranties
All our products come with the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects.
8. Personal data
The information collected is necessary for order management and the business relationship. It is not shared with third parties.
9. Applicable law
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought before any legal action.
